This product is not what I needed or expected. What good does it do if I can only BT pair it to my smartphone? I don't need to speak through my phone with a mike. Would not pair with BT speaker, and tried with three different ones, just shaking my head...

My husband's voice was only a whisper due to surgery and age. I found this very helpful in conversing with people, especially those hard of hearing. The volume control was a welcome feature when having a conversation in a restaurant, etc.

Bought this for my 85 yr old mom who has kyphosis (very bent over back) which causing dog her breathing issues and talk in low voice. She is able to use it easily and works great!! I read other reviews and was worried when buying it so very happy it works great for her! And now we can hear her talk!

I'm using this for a memorial service for a family member. I wanted something that could be passed around easily, and this will fit the bill. But it will take folks a little time to figure out how to hold it (close to the face and horizontally). The sound is fine once you have it positioned.
