Quality at a low price
Great sounding unit simple but very effective. The only downside is you can only use one mono input at a time. The only input takes both jack and xlr plugs so if you are using a guitar and mic you will have to unplug one to use the other. However if you have a midi instrument ie keyboard etc there is a USB C on the back so you can plug it in there. This enables you to play the keyboard and sing through the microphone when using a compatable DAW on your PC or MAC. This does a lot of stuff when you are looking for a low cost unit.

Excellent hardware and software
Great clean sound and low latency ASIO drivers. I can't tell you anything a dedicated video review won't. I couldn't find anything else this good at the same price point. If you're wondering whether to get an interface at all or just stick with plugging things straight into the PC, just get an interface. I regret leaving it for so long thinking I could save some money and make do with what I had. The low latency is a game changer. Now I can live play an instrument and have a few VST effects on it in real time. Lots of fun.The included software really is good. Guitar Rig LE while being a 'lite edition' has a lot of modules you can spend many a happy hour with.

Easy to use
Happy with this, seems to integrate into Ableton without any hiccups, happy with the performance for the price. For anyone who wonders where the activation code for the product is, turn unit upside down and you'll find it on the silver label under the serial number.

Two Minutes to Get Working, Sound Quality Okay
Looks lovely and works right out of the box. I guess A/D conversion is generally done at 192kHz these days. I would prefer higher - Deezer streams at 320kHz for example. It would have been really nice if they included 2 patch and 2 midi cables, even if they were cheapie ones. I didn't have any handy so had to order those.Other than that I had it up and running in less than 2 minutes. I've plugged an old synth in and am recording straight into Mixcraft. It was nice to have something work so easily after all the faffing: I'd tried to do with cheap midi-usb adapters and trying to plug directly into the 3.5mm mic jack of my computer none of which worked and cost me day or two of faffing.Very happy customer.

Perfect for interfacing your instruments with mac or ipad
If youre considering the minifuse2 just buy this one instead. It has more features and it’s a quality interface.

Simple to Use, Quality Sound
Needed a separate pre-amp for my MV7X and this worked great. I know there’s more popular audio interfaces but this performs great, giving me quality audio and the simple XLR and USB connections make it a breeze to connect to the PC. There’s just a quick software setup and the Minifuse is ready to use. Having a white colored option is great to match the rest of my desktop setup. Highly recommended if you want to try something other than the usual suspects like the Scarlet.

Loving my Minifuse 1. Great sound... The USB port on the back is also a huge plus for laptop users.

Works with Linux and Akai MPC One!
I got this to replace a Focusrite Scarlett Solo, which was decent (buggy on MPC One, but usable), but lacked the ability to record stereo out from my HeadRush in a nice way. I decided to try the MiniFuse 2 instead of a 2i2 or some other model based on some brief research, and it has some features I like over most of the competition. It worked immediately upon plugging it into my PC, which runs Debian Linux. I've got it on a USB switch, so with the press of a button, I can swap it over to my Akai MPC One, where it also works.I love the knob that allows blending between the audio from the USB host and the MiniFuse's input(s). This is a game-changer, as it allows me to leave my HeadRush plugged in and use it for jamming without having to touch my PC or swap any cables, just turn the knob. I could play along with PC audio and mix myself however loud I want with that same knob. Just such a nice feature. The stereo inputs support 1/4" cables as well as XLR, which makes it way more versatile than the one of each you get on the Solo.I also like the VU meter on the front. It's not necessary, but it is nice to have! The Direct Mono button is another good feature for if you only have one device plugged in, or you want to sum both inputs (to mix a guitar and vocal or whatever into your monitors, or maybe even check phase cancellation?).There is MIDI in and out, too, which I haven't tried yet, but assuming it works how I think it will, just bumps up the value even more. I'll know when I try to use my Alesis kit next.Lastly, the USB port on the back is so convenient, you have no idea! This is truly the device I should have bought initially, for really not much more money. I don't know for sure, but it seems like the Arturia even sounds better - could be confirmation bias, but I heard it in head-to-head videos before deciding what unit to buy, too, so I suspect it's not just wishful thinking. If I could sell my Solo, I'd buy another one of these.
