I'm thrilled! I'm a 60 year old with off-the-charts ADHD. I have not had the time or right life situation, to study and research, aka, read, in a decade. Was so letdown when I tried to jump back into my library then quickly realized my busy mind would have nothing to do with staying focused enough to read anymore.I did a 'reading aids' search on Amazon and found these wonderful reading windows! They have me back on track with my focus on books, magazines, etc.!!! I feel like I can research like I'm in college again!Believe me, these are NOT JUST FOR KIDS learning to read for the first time or just for KIDS with learning disabilities!ADULTS can totally benefit from them, too, just as I have!!!!

This was out to use right away for helping in test taking. The open window allows the my daughter to isolate the one line that needed to be marked on her answer sheet. The blue color relaxes her eyes according to her doctor as well. Most accommodative aids such as this do not have the cutout window to allow her to write or mark and answer on an answer sheet. Sturdy and the perfect size to use as a textbook marker when not in use.

I purchased this for one of my dyslexic students during the first semester. When he came to see me in the spring, he thanked me and said he had been using it for all his other classes as well.

My son loves to use the reading guide. I noticed when he is reading, he is more focused. He loves it!
