Q: Are they noisy as far as clanging sounds when deadlifting?

No, nothing moves once the collars are on tight. No clanging of plates with these on.

Q: Do these collars actually fit a full 2” Old weider barbells? I have tried many with no luck

The inner diameter of collar is 2,01 Inch / 51 mm. If your bar is slightly smaller then this dimension it will work.

Q: If you hold an adjustable dumbell vertical like doing hammer curls, how much weight will it hold?

I did a few hammer curl reps (3 reps) with 54 pounds, total, as a test, and the collars stayed secure.
