Q: Do you need to buy heavy pack springs in addition to this one?

No, I did not need to buy anything additional to hang my heavy bag after purchasing this mount.

Q: Can i use this to hang a toddler little tyke swing to a metal i beam wihout drilling holes? i would get 2 to support the swing from both sides.

Mounting this to an I Beam does not require drilling any holes. I have used it to hang a punching bag and it was very durable. If you are going to use it for a child's swing, I believe you may need 2 of them spaced apart for each side of the swing. I'm sure it will hold the weight but I would advise you to check the connections and tighten everything periodically for safety purposes.

I placed pieces of wool felt between The punching bag and the steel bar. Noise is very less

Q: Does this help prevent the ceiling beam from moving? I have a very old ceiling beam, and I hope it doesn't knock it off

This will not provide any support to the ceiling beam. If you are hanging something from it, in my case a punching bag, it will add weight and force to the beam. If the beam is not sturdy and stable you may want to come up with a different option. The bracket itself is phenomenal and works great for the intended purpose.
