I have been using this to make my own multigrain bread at home. It tastes great, and works perfectly for my needs. It was cheaper to buy it on Amazon that it was to buy it from Walmart where I live. It’s a staple in my pantry now.

This is a great mix of grains for when you want to make a multi grain loaf of bread. My recipes typically call for 50 grams per loaf. And that works well.

We like it in our whole wheat bread..

1. No flavor.2. Cold, it is inedible.3. Have to microwave like it's your dinner to make it food-ish.4. Soaks up 4 times more milk than you might expect and still ends up like cornbread.5. Hot, still no flavor.6. Probably good if you need something for an icy path during the Winter.7. Of no value whatsoever.
