Great posture corrector for my shoulders.
On a daily basis, I tend to tense up my shoulders and round them forward, which causes some neck pain also. Originally I bought another kind of posture corrector with the adjustable looking backpack straps, but I felt discouraged to use it overall. I do not recommend getting those, since those have thicker straps that would end up digging into your armpit fat area from prolonged use. Also, the straps will loosen up over time and not stay put. I prefer this type of posture corrector, since it velcro nicely on after adjusting it (2 straps to lay over your shoulders and pull them down and pinched back, 2 straps to sit right under your chest at the rib cage region for it to stay still. It helps prevent my shoulders from tensing upwards while forcing me to keep my elbows to my side. I find myself using it for longer periods of time compared to the back because all I have to do is stick is comfortably on and continue what I'm doing. I notice that my shoulders feel more relaxed every time after use. If you plan on using this daily for longer than 1-2 hours a day, I'd recommend buying another set to rotate in between. My back does feel a little warm/sweaty when I take it off, so I don't think this is a very breathable material. I'm normally a size small for shirts, but I decided to size up and bought a medium instead after reading some of the reviews. I'm sure it'd have been fine if I stuck with my usual size, but I like that it gives me room for days when I'm bloated.

Comfortable for a tall person and a good buy
I bought this because of having back pain due to scoliosis (diagnosed 52 years ago) and feeling my posture slipping. I am relatively tall (5'10") and long-waisted, so finding something that does what I need and fits hasn't been easy.I am really pleased with this brace. It holds my shoulders back and cinches enough on the lumbar region to be helpful with my scoliosis curve there. After sitting at my desk for a period of time it feels good to put this on. I haven't had it long enough to figure out if wearing it while at my desk is better than afterwards, so I'll try to update my review accordingly. Wearing it is noticeable, but not intrusive. It gets hot if worn next to the skin. The fit lines up with the size recommendations. It is easy to put on and take off, and the straps stay in place while doing so.The back part of the brace has two sturdy stiffeners sewn securely to the neoprene. The quality of the sewing is really good and it looks like it will last. The packaging was minimal-only the brace, no sheet of instructions re putting on or washing. That's the only quibble I have with the transaction. For the purpose and the price I am really pleased.

Definitely keep your back straight
I've been using this for about 4 days for the time of 60 minutes as it stated I feel much better in my neck I'm not really sure that it doesn't stop me from slouching once it's off but I'm going to keep using it and see if it does straighten it up a little bit

By far the best I’ve had
I have purchased several types of posture correctors throughout my lifetime (usually disappointing) and most recently decided to find the “perfect one” so I ordered about five or six different ones to try. Some of them are way too complex and you have to spend five minutes trying to figure out how to loop them correctly and get the Velcro in the right spots etc. etc. Some of them rub under your arms. The list goes on. THIS PRODUCT IS THE BEST POSTURE CORRECTOR I’ve had!! It is obvious just by looking at the picture where you place each band. I wear it when I am on my cycling bike because my shoulders and neck tend to hurt when I ride bike and this helps tremendously. I also wear it around the house and I find it very helpful. I definitely give it a five star review, I’m not sure how any device like this could give pain relief/comfort in the short term but if used consistently it leads to better overall posture, which in time brings pain relief. Regardless, If you have neck or back pain caused by less than perfect posture, try this product. If your shoulders hunch forward or you just know that your posture needs help buy this now to avoid pain in the future!!!! I’ve worked in the fitness industry for many years and so many clients have chronic pain from work and/or lifestyle. I will be recommending this to all of them. Additionally, I have teenagers that are bent over their computers, phones and screens endlessly. I will be encouraging them to wear one. Our future generation is going to have more neck, back and shoulder chronic pain issues than we could ever imagine. Why not give this a try?

Difficult to put on
I feel a bit bad for not giving five stars but I really can’t make an informed choice regarding the effectiveness of this brace because I’m still trying to figure out the straps. 😂 I managed to wear it for a few hours but I know I strapped myself in wrong. Lol! It’s almost as if putting it on is a two-person job. It didn’t come with instructions either so I was left guessing what to do based on the pic on Amazon. I failed. I’d like to figure it out but it’s frustrating and only gets worse when you’re hurting

Supportive
The posture brace is sturdy and very helpful. It is not difficult to adjust and wear. It can be tightened to a comfortable degree and keeps shoulders back. It may chaff a bit under the arms if tightened too much.

89% helps posture, very comfortable!
My posture seems to be getting worse and worse especially when walking a short distance and I'm carrying something. When I wear this it seems to help, doesn't solve the problem but, it definitely does help! I think what would help the most is if I had something to help pull my shoulders back as if I was wearing a backpack. It certainly does help more than if not to wear anything at all.
