Paladone DC Batman 750pc Jigsaw Puzzle

How can pieces be missing out of a brand new puzzle?? I'd understand if it came from a cold field on a sunday morning. To make it worse, I have some other poor bastards bits hes looking for under the cushions and rugs.It became very apparent bits were missing from the set off which shot my enjoyment out of the sky early on.Great puzzle, images and bits of a head scratcher to do, almost took me an entire night to do.Will see how the company deal with this before I make a final review but so far.....💩💩💩💩

Bought as a Christmas gift for my father, for him to try and complete 3 days later and find that there are not only pieces missing but at least 8 duplicate pieces! For a brand new sealed puzzle, I'm extremely disappointed and upset as this was a gift and it has taken the enjoyment out of the puzzle for my father.Puzzle is missing a total of 78 pieces from a 750piece puzzle, which is beyond ridiculous and downright disgraceful!

Bought for my nephew and love that it comes in a tin. But the image on the back of the tin is so small - not sure it’s clear enough for him to be able to do it! Would be better if they included a printed picture in the tin.

Regrettably it had pieces missing and I had duplicated pieces which I’m sure someone is gutted when they discover their one has piece is missing.Also as the image on the back is so small there was no reference to look at, so a large image should have been supplied with it. Resorted to taking a picture on phone which isn’t ideal

The puzzle was a challenge from the beginning with straight edges not just for the outside edge but when we noticed that there were so many extras it became 10x harder. If the puzzle was complete I would have given a much better rating. I was hoping to contact the seller and get the spare pieces so that we can actually finish the jigsaw but looking at other reviews I'm not sure that They will. I'd suggest looking for something else the headache isn't worth it.
