As the title alludes to, I think this is a good product. The bed itself has nothing wrong with it, it seems like a good solid bed. I'd give it 4 stars because it's definitely not the highest quality build on the market but for the very affordable price I cannot fault it.The reason I've given 5 stars overall is because of how the seller handled various issues that arose with the order (including my grumpiness). I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size in error (I wouldn't recommend doing that) and the seller was able to replace it rather quickly, and the delivery firm were very professional both times. There were some fixtures missing on delivery but again the seller offered to have the correct parts sent out the next day.The seller did make me aware that the metal swivel-arm brackets are no longer being used on the side of the product to secure the two halves together, as it was damaging the structural integrity of the bed after some time using it. Whilst this shows they care about the life of their product, which is a good thing, of course, it's worth noting as it's one of the reasons I bought the product - and I can see the photo in the listing hasn't been updated as of yet.With all that being said, I do think if I or anyone close to me were to need a bed in the future, this company would definitely be on my mind. Lovely bed with plenty of storage.

Overall 4 stars, it's sturdy and it looks nice. I opted for the one with no drawers so I can't comment on the drawers, but the bed I think will last a fair while and it does look good.It loses a star for the following:No instructions supplied. At all. Fairly easy to put together but I had to guess which bolts.washer etc went where.There are threaded parts for the bolts to screw into (to connect base to base and to connect headboard to base). BUT, the fabric is over the holes so I had to cut a cross slit in each one for the bolts to go through. Not a problem, I just hope the fabric doesn't tear over time.Packaging (plastic and carboard corners) was heavily stapled to the base, so you can't just pull it all off; I had to take the staples out with pliers or knock some of the protruding staples in so they weren't sticking out. It does cheapen the bed IMO.Overall though, good for the price, would just be nice with some instructions and to not have the packaging stapled to the actual bed.

The delivery dates weren’t accurate. Rang late on a few days before expected delivery and insisted on it coming from 7am next day. The bed is ok, although not really expecting to last as not very sturdy, but was cheap, so as expected. Looks lovely. The headboard screws aren’t great as one doesn’t fit. Will need to be replaced. No instructions, but they did get sent on request. Didn’t get any comment about the hole being too wide for the screws

I was on a tight budget and looked at loads of different bed bases online and some had bad reviews about quality ect but found this company that only had one review and it was good, the price was within my range so I ordered it. King size base with head board. It was going to be over a week for delivery but after a email with the company they were able to help me by delivering quicker which was a massive help for me. Bed is sturdy and doesn’t feel flimsy, the head board feels quality and was easy to attach. Would definitely recommend this company.

Contacted by delivery driver and they turned up when they said they would. Delivered to kerbside, which is what i expected, i didn't ask if they would carry inside. Quality seems good so far. I wouldn't suggest standing on the base as the top does seem a bit flimsy by itself, but with the mattress on it is fine and seems sturdy enough. Drawers do feel a bit cheap and flimsy compared to my old bed, but you have to accept some compromises, they work fine and hold plenty so I cannot really complain about that. I was expecting casters but the bed comes with coasters I guess you'd call them? ok cos we have carpet and they glide fine, You might want to think about this if you have wood or laminate flooring.

Excellent bed for the price, super easy to assemble, very comfortable, lovely looking bed and the perfect hight. Very good value for money.

The screws that hold the headboard there was nothing to cross thread them into they just pushed straight in. The clasp that holds the bed together was screwed in mechanically so tight it’s now cross threaded and not undone to attach clasp. The wood that holds the headboard is too flimsy. Snapped as the e beautiful headboard is too heavy for it. The bed itself is lovely though exactly what I was expecting and extremely comfortable. Delivery was excellent service
