Pilestone TP-029 Lens B Color Blind Glasses Clip-on for Severe Red-Green Blindness

Amazing !!!

Bought for bf who is red green color blind. I was afraid they weren't going to work I cried with anticipation. He said the lawn was one color, now he can see the dead 'brown' spots different from the 'green'.I put him to the test and took red food coloring drops on different items, a piece of wood, on a leaf, on the cement, in sand ....(he's a hunter and could never tell where there was blood) i took him outside and pointed to the objects and said what do you see,? He COULD SEE THE DROPS OF RED!!But what's green red and brown to him are probably different if I were to classify those colors with my 'normal' eyes right? He says he uses the glasses at work. He now can see drops of blood, or know when a intersection light is green/red. (Texas horizontal intersection lights shouldnt be too hard now? He used to just go by going with the flow of traffic around him)Thank you, maker's of this product, to give the gift of a colorful world !

My father is a severe deutan color blind (red green color blind). We are taking a trip to Colorado to see the Aspens changing and thought these were worth trying and not a huge investment. He put them on and kept looking back and forth saying “wow” and then immediately asked to walk outside. He saw RED for the first time in his 71 years of life. He thought he knew what red was but had no idea until he put these glasses on. Even the sky was bluer. When we came home he excitedly walked inside proclaiming “our house is red! You never told me we lived in a red house! I thought the brick was brown!” HAPPY TEARS all around for this family!! These aren’t perfect, but fit well on to his trifocal prescription glasses and were well worth every penny to know if they even work before investing in a prescription pair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I watch in amazement as my precious husband looked at the sky and watched the sun rise in the morning, and set in the evening. He sat there and didn't move. He watched and breathed in every second - almost without blinking. We had just celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary and during all of these years, I had wished that there would be some way that he could see the colors that I could see. When he did finally speak, he said that all of the colors were beautiful, and that he had never imagined that there were so many colors! He told me "Thank you." I almost cried. I want to tell you THANK YOU from the depths of my heart! You have made my dream of decades come true! Additionally, when our grandson came to visit (he is 5 years old, and color blind like his grandfather).. He was excited to look through the lenses! He loved the colors that he was able to see! We are looking forward to Christmas so that my husband can share with his brothers (they are also color blind). Thank you for opening new doors and dreams to people like those in my family!

I've known for years that I had issues with certain colors and was frustrated that I could only get 3 of 12 numbers correct in the Ishihara test. I had heard about corrective color blind glasses and decided to give them a try. When they arrived, the first thing I did was retake the Ishihara test. I can see all of the numbers now. I then looked outside and did see some difference in colors that I have grown to know my whole life. But it's winter here right now in MN and there aren't a lot of colors to see. I can't wait until spring breaks and all the colors of nature come out.
