Q: What is the minimum range? And minimum width?

Minimum range can easily be controlled by controlling water flow and making the range very small due to lower water flow. Minimum width can be affected in this maner as well, however do NOT expect to have a small width with a long length. Making the width smaller by closing the last 3 nozzles on either side basically does nothing - it was a VERY wide width even with the outer nozzles closed. I am returning for a narrower sprinkler as this does not meet my requirements at all to water a long narrow lawn.

Q: can the oscillation be stopped to water flower beds?

You can adjust how far the oscillation goes from side to side but it does not stop in one position

Q: Keeps getting stuck Will not oscillate

There may be dirt clogging it. Give it a strong hosedown and see if it works. If not, ask for a replacement.
