Just got today and used today, works great!!!! Especially for the price it only has a 7 day warranty though lol if it breaks down on me too soon I will write another review but as far as the performance it does a great job. If you have very fair delicate skin start at lowest setting and don't press too hard. I started at 3 right away but I have thick skin and my pores were super clogged. The diamond tips that come with the device actually work so if your skin is delicate be carful or you will scratch your face. It also comes with just suction cups if you don't want to do microdermabrasion, so far very satisfied with the product.

Directions to put together vague and confusing after trial and error I still think it wasn't correctly assembled. It don't charge u have to keep it plugged in and it hurts with the diamond head! I tried over 5x and more than 15 at a part and the only thing I experienced is bruising from the sucking!!!!!

Confusing instructions
This thing has strong sucking power. However, the device pictured in my instruction manual is slightly different from what I have. I guess I set it up right, I’m not too sure. Th item was made in China, so the grammar is a little off. But overall, I’m satisfied.

the detachable end pieces aren't the best quality and look used
I have tried numerous times to get this device to work and I can't. The so called diamond tip and all others don't fit! Also, the detachable end pieces aren't the best quality and look used. I have watched online tutorials to see what I'm doing wrong. Also, the instructions are written by someone whose first language is not English. Don't buy.
