Works to help get rid of bad smells
I had a musty odor in my fiat for months that stemmed from sitting for a long time. Even after cleaning the car really well there was still just a lingering musty smell. I figured my cabin air filter was old and that maybe it could help the smell in the car. It did very well on helping get rid of the smell.Installation was kind of a chore because of where fiat put the filter location as well as the limited room to work with, but overall installation was easy. If you have general mechanical abilities (can use a screwdriver and a ratchet), you should be able to change this out with no help.
