The top pieces that screw into the labret are stripped and do not stay on. They fell out continuously.I am updating my review and rating, from 1 star to 4 stars for multiple reasons.Number one being the service I received. The customer service representatives took their time to reach out to me and send me new jewelry. They also took the time to check in after to make sure I received the new jewelry and that it was in perfect condition.Secondly, the new jewelry that they sent was not stripped and has now been in 2 of my helix piercings for a month now.I am so pleased I was able to get the proper jewelry in my ear and will be ordering this brand again.

I got these to replace the extra long original piercing stud after my tragus piercing healed. I used the triple stone one because I wanted the extra sparkle. I used a jewelry pliers to hold the post while I screwed the front on. They are smooth and screwed together well. I got into the habit of checking each day to make sure it’s not lose and it hasn’t been so far (not looking to have an earring in my ear canal ya know?). I have a nickel allergy and even though I’ve had it in two weeks there hasn’t been even a hint of any trouble. I’m glad I took a chance they’re very nice.

My 10 year old daughter got her ears pierced a couple of months ago and it just wasn’t healing right. I spent a ton of money on different cleaners and earrings and nothing helped. Someone mentioned to me that I should try titanium but I was skeptical about ordering from Amazon. However these must be true titanium because my daughters ears are finally looking normal. The swelling and drainage have stopped. I just wish there were more gem colors to choose from so I could order more!

My ears were allergic to the surgical steel earrings my piercer used. I got these titanium earrings after seeing the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my ears had a bad reaction to them too :( I used the Neilmed aftercare spray daily, but my ears still felt painful and had discharge. Also, they were difficult to put in because the screw is short. I’m glad they’ve worked for some people, but I can’t recommend these. I’m going to try a different pair. If I like those, I’ll update my review to help others.

I looooove these earrings! They sparkle wonderfully and sit comfortably in the curve of my ear the way I had intended. I previously had surgical steal earrings from the initial piercing that were delaying the healing process and the inflammation and draining stopped the day after I put these in. Very comfortable and gorgeous. These were a bit hard to put in, but that has been the case with every internally threaded piece of jewelry that I have and will just take practice. Highly recommend! The studs in the third lobe piercing are also from this company!
