Very Good performance for the price.As far as I can tell without stripping it apart, it comes with both memory slots filled(4Gb each).Have had no problems at all.Remember the Keyboard/Mouse Dongle is located in the battery compartment of the mouse.Searching on internet for the same model comes back with a few different configurations, this one for example does not have the Lightning Bolt connector, and has USB and SD card reader on the underside either side of the switch.Alexa is not built in, it is available by downloading the Alexa App for PC from the Microsoft Store, but this is not made clear from the documentation.I have upgraded from a 10 year old I5-2500K and its much faster and more compact.Very Pleased with the purchase so far.

Purchased this 3 days ago - delivery was quick and painless.Before opening, I checked the specification label on the box. Glad I did.The All-in-One C27 1655 (model DQ.BGGEK.002) is advertised as having storage of 512GB SSD and 1TB on the HDD - impressive.BUT the SSD is only 256GB. NOT 512GBI've since discovered this 'error' is not confined to Amazon. A quick search reveals identical (erroneous) specification from a number of suppliers of the model DQ.BGGEK.002 - all are 256GB SSD.The return process is simple enough - just a shame it had to happen.

I am not going to bore people with a lot of technical jargon but, I will say it is the fastest, clearest, and the best PC I have owned. It was well worth the wait I have an apple pc but this Acer beats it on speed , quality and terrific value for money. I was lucky to be able to purchase this PC. It was delivered by my favourite courier, Amazon, so it was well packaged.

Over all I like it very much. Good value for money. The wireless keyboard and mouse delivered with this model didn't work but Acer Customer Service were prompt in providing replacements. The camera included isn't integral but magnetically clips to the screen frame. However, the usb cable is too short to reach the usb ports bottom back of the screen so the usb bluetooth dongle has to be moved from its own port midway up the back of the screen to the bottom so that the camera usb can use the dongle's port. I have mentioned this to ACER who have passed it to there tech bods. The "Local Drive" is 237GB so you either have to be a fan of clouds or buy an expansion drive and use one of the usb ports. No biggy. 4 usb ports on the back. I like the screen and speed is fast enough for me. Quick boot up. No port for a card reader, which is a shame, so either use your camera's wifi or buy a card reader. If you need to change usb add-ons often the location back bottom of the screen is a small inconvenience but the screen is easy to turn round and where else are they to go?

This is a great PC. However, I purchased mine from Amazon Warehouse deals as my boys birthday was getting close and no where had any stock. A risk I know. Checked it over when it arrived and cosmetically it was fine. But then found on my boys birthday that it did not work. Had warehouse deals in the past and never been disappointed. But this had clearly been sent back due to a hardware fault which, rather than addressing, they have just knocked £50 off! Made for ruined birthday! Lesson learnt! But luckily Curry's finally had stock so bought a replacement in there of the same computer and it’s great! Maybe just avoid buying from Amazon…or certainly warehouse deals!
