Balti is a type of Kashmiri curry which originated in an area which is now Northern Pakistan. Its usually cooked in a flat bottomed wok like dish know as a karahi or bali dish. Balti Spice is used in curries, meat, chicken, stews, rice and soup. Bali curries are eaten with naan or other breads. Our Balti Spice is a blend of garlic, brown mustard, cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, cloves, fennel, fenugreek, star anise, cilantro, anise seed, bay leaves, coriander, red pepper, ajwain seed and kalonji.
