Laughed when I saw that the other review for this was for slingshots too. We use it to replace the tubing on some water balloon launchers when the tubing breaks. Much more durable (although stiffer) than what comes with them as it has a much thicker wall. If you are looking to replace tubing on a 3 man launcher, this is the tubing to use as it has a thick wall that will last 10 times as long as a thin wall.My only complaint is that about every roll always seems to have a spot that was cut and taped back together part way through the roll where it seemed like in manufacturing they started a new roll. It's annoying, but at the quality and price overall this still beats out any other product that I still give it a 5 star.

It didn’t bother me but as others have stated, this was two 25’ pieces taped together. I don’t know if it will affect the life of the product but I left one 25’ piece outside (August in Seattle) & in 2 days it was a very different color than the other that was still inside.

I ordered this to make a launch up-start for a small R/C glider. I needed a piece at least 25' long. When I received the product I noticed both the box and the reel had a note that said, "Red Tape may be used to join pieces of tubing within this reel. Tape should be removed prior to tubing use." When I unrolled the tubing, sure enough there were two red-tape-wrapped joints that came apart when the tape was removed. I was fortunate that the third and final piece was long enough for my needs, but if you're looking for a long contiguous length, you may be disappointed.

Not bad tubing, if you don't need the 50' in one piece, misleading advertising in my opinion, but you decide.

I ordered 50 ft roll so I could make 4 -12ft pieces for upper body exercises for a high school baseball team. When I started cutting the 12 foot lengths I found you had spliced two pieces so only came up with three full 12ft lengths.. since I had already cut the first two I couldn’t very well return.

The tubing is in new condition. I didn't give it 5 stars because it has 3 so-called "factory splices". The description does not indicate that it is not one continuous 50' piece of tubing. If you need specific lengths you will have some waste if all rolls have "factory splices".

The tubing came creased and apparently dry-rotted in a couple of places, so I had to throw out some of it. It also doesn’t really snap back to its former length when stretched.Using it for a water balloon launcher, I had to use multiple sections for each side, basically negating the savings the price had over other options. It works, just not well.

I ordered the tubing for a physics project, which is the end of the year "catapult project". In the past we have tested heavier types, even the heavy black one, but this was very durable and light. I first thought it was very light and may not withstand the forces and snap, but it was just the opposite. It is very durable, and has great flexibility. I did not use it for medical purposes so I could not comment on such usage. Great product overall, and compared to the medical supply stores, the price is unbeatable.
