This is a great review of the law for anyone who has special education students in their school.

Required for my class. Very useful though a little wordy. The end of chapter overviews are the best part of it.

This book is a keeper. Concise but comprehensive. Includes IDEA 2004 updates in the area of the law, 504 plans, due process, dealing with discipline, referral and evaluation process, managing funds and budgets, observing and evaluating staff, and much more. This book was written by former special education teachers and supervisors.

Contains basic information. Good background information if you are just beginning your program studies in special education administration.

Book is a good resource to the basics to field in the field of special education. H With IDEA evolving this should not be the only resource that administrators access for questions.
