Good flavor with nice boost during extended workout
First, the drink experience:A scoop dissolved relatively well in about 10 oz of water after a vigorous stir. It was a little bit chalky, but I expect that from mixtures like this. It tastes nice. Not super sweet like an artificially flavored energy drink. The workout impact:Right after I drank this, about 10 mins later I started an exercise session. It was a cardio day for me and I did about an hour of rope-jumping. In the beginning I did not feel full of energy but about 20 minutes into it I felt like I got into a good "cruising altitude" in terms of energy and stamina.Result:I had a very active hour of sweat-breaking cardio workout, and definitely felt the stamina boost of this pre-workout mix. It did not make me feel jittery, or tingles on the skin as I've had with others.Good flavor ✓ workout energy boost ✓ no weird jittery reaction ✓Recommended!

Good taste
I like the taste of this pre-workout drink. The flavors I like most are mango based, so I had to try this flavor. I hate watermelon, so there's that. The ingredients in this are so good, how can so many things be in a pre-workout drink? And it's also sugar free! Organic ingredients that include maca, beet root powder, even organic caffeine. I always weigh my powders on a food scale before tossing it into my shaker. I actually usually only use half or a bit more than half of the serving size when it comes to pre-workout powders because they are generally too sweet or flavorful (?) for me as I work out early in the morning. This one is fine with a complete serving though for me. I don't chug pre-workout before my workout as is usually suggested by the name, I drink it intra-workout. I don't like my stomach sounding like a washing machine when I jump around.

This is so good tasting, and works great.
I'm having horrendous brain fog or just a sluggishness. I know I need to get out and bike or something but the weather is 'no fun' and masks are not my favorite. Anyway, my body and mind are a bit soggy and I need to be up early and come off as bright and thoughtful, fast. This helps. There are other products for a high price point, like Qualia, but this is reasonable in price and the blend is really quite impressive. I have no idea how authentic the product is, I have not lab but I am enjoying the use of this drink mix and it is helping me to feel more confident long before I actually leave to go to work.5 stars. fun happy flavor and effective energy

Disgusting taste, but it will give you a good amount of energy Hi girls
I got this to use as a boost before my longer runs, or on days that I am generally low on energy, before my workouts. I normally use Nuun pre-workout, but I figured I would give this one a try. I liked that the ingredients are more holistic. This one has 150 mg of caffeine per serving. The caffeine is naturally sourced. It also uses coconut as a hydration source, which is always a positive thing. I also like that they use beets, which is a great supplement for runners. Beets are believed to increase cardiovascular endurance. I also personally love that it has 500% of your daily recommended B12. B12 is fantastic at supporting overall energy levels. Overall, everything looks great for this pre-workout on paper.Unfortunately, I quickly found that the flavor is lacking. I mixed one scoop with the recommended amount of water, and gave it a good shake. The powder is difficult to get to completely mix in. I was able to get it to mainly mix into a homogeneous mixture in a couple minutes, but there was still some grainy residue at the bottom of my bottle. When you drink it you can detect a little bit of graininess as well. As for the flavor, I'm not going to lie, it's disgusting.... The first time I drank this, I was ready to throw the rest away. I decided to give it another shot, since I did notice that it pipped me up.As far as how well it works, I think it actually works excellent. I drank ¾ of a glass of this before going out for a run and biking session. I will say that I never ran out of energy. By the time that I was done running my 5 mi, and biking my 5 miles, I still had plenty of energy left. I definitely could have easily gone longer. I will say that if you are sensitive to caffeine, this pre-workout may not be for you. I consume quite a bit of caffeine in a day, and this mix gave me a bit of the jitters. It definitely elevated my heart rate during my run. I would say that my heart rate was on average 10 beats higher than average. The other negative that I found was, after I was done with my workout, I had a tinge of a headache. I am not someone who is prone to headaches. In fact I very rarely get headaches, so I definitely associated this with the pre-workout drink.Overall, I didn't throw the mix into the trash, so I guess that says something. I could honestly use half of a scoop of this mixture, and it would probably be effective enough as a good pre-workout still. It definitely does not have the best taste or texture, but it does give you quite a bit of energy. I would say overall it functions quite well as a pre-workout that is packed with energy supplements.

Flavor Fail
I wanted to like this pre-workout, natural ingredients and trying to be better. Sugar free (and doesn’t have nutrasweet or other processed sweeteners)I didn’t notice much of a boost at all, but it’s hard for me to notice that on any of these drinks so I’m not knocking it down here. The flavor is where I wonder what did they do? I’m going to focus on the mango lemonade one si Nw it’s the one I have. It’s not sweet - which I don’t mind. But…1. It’s really red in color. Very odd since neither mango nor lemons are red. You’d think it be yellow.2. There is virtually no hint of lemon, and lemon is a very easy flavor to taste and distinguish.3. There is no hint of mango either. Or maybe there is a hint of a mango gone bad? Like seriously they messed this up.The flavor isn’t horrible, but it’s not mango nor lemon, nor sweet, it’s a very strange off flavor. It’s tolerable, but really misses the mark.

I definitely feel a blast of energy
Like many of the caffeinated pre-workout drinks, this one does give you a blast of energy. I am not a caffeine fiend ( I have about 60 oz of black tea per week) so I notice the effects of caffeine on me. When I am going on a long trail run, or before a race, I like drinking caffeine to make me more alert at the beginning, this does the trick. The mango flavor is good. All of these drinks have a similar after taste that strong fruit flavors help to mask. This is definitely a powder I would buy again.
