I am installing a "luxury vinyl tile" floating floor in a big basement and learning along the way. Apparently the best way to deal with doorways is to undercut the door-jamb, and after some searching I figure out that I needed an oscillating multi-tool. Compared to some better known brands this one was cheap. It had decent reviews, but because of the price I had so-so expectations. I have now fully undercut four doorways, an area of base-molding where the gap was too narrow (because the floor is a bit uneven), a few feet of drywall and another three feet of wwood near a stairway, all with just one of the many blades that came with the tool. If it broke tomorrow it would still be wworth 5 stars (it wwon't, because I've done all the undercutting I need to do). Easiest "five-star" decision ever. Wish I could say the same for the butterfly keyboard on this Macbook Pro (the source of all the "dd's" and "ww's").

Came with a lot of accessories. I was able to cut some mounted trim easily which was not possible before getting the tool except by hand saw. Vibrates a bit and is somewhat noisy. Somewhat heavy. Hard to make precision cuts due to weight and vibration. Sander attachment keeps coming loose due to vibration.

The item was sturdy but the problem the power button. On/Off. If you are using all the time. It will be damage. The button is poor quality.Voltage is 110V.
