This works great. I would have given it 5 stars but spring fell out while installing it and had a time figuring out how to put it back together. It opens and closes as advertised. Really like it and would buy again

Bought two for my greenhouse. Nine months later one works great but the other doesn’t work at all. I need to find a brand with a longer lifespan.
