Low quality, missing items not as the picture
It broke the day after,The plastic is low quality, when you tight the screw the plastic comes off like powder, and it broke the second time i tryed to use it. The blck pieces can not be used to widen the shoes as there is no hole on the side and the shoehorn was missing from the packet. Very disappointed i will never buy again from this vendor.

Does not stretch side ways and easily breaks
The product image is incorrect. The yellow part is not split in the middle to stretch horizontally but rather stretch vertically (upwards).It is also very flimsy and breaks right away. Don't recommend, sending it back.

Such a DISSAPOINTMENT
The cut is on the other side and it cannot expand the shoes. it is not the same as the picture

Not exactly as described!
The product is easy to use.However, the product isn't exactly as described. The bunion plug holes are in a different position (at the top) and not on the sides as shown in the picture. So if the shoes are too tight on the sides & cause discomfort, you'd have to figure out another solution with regards to the bunion situation.Additionally, the black bag shown in the picture does not come with the product as mentioned.

It worked
I was thinking of returning this item because the actual item doesn’t look the same as picture. All the holes where you insert the black bunions are in the middle which doesn’t help and won’t to anything. But i still gave it a try. I used it in my chanel flats, surprisingly my shoes expanded. So I’m keeping it.
