I bought this remote control in good faith based on the company reputation. However, it stopped working a couple of months ago although I use it 1-2 hours per week. I tried to exchange it based on the product warranty but no luck. No chance of repair.I’m very disappointed in them as the device is not cheap and one would have expected a better customer support.

The range is quite impressive, working perfectly for presentations in large rooms without close access to your computer. I am also very impressed by the battery charge: The first night using it I found I had accidentally left it on in my computer bag from when I tested it the day before, and despite that, it lasted through my hour-long talk. The bright green laser pointer is also a plus.

I bought this product to use in presentations with my iPad Pro. I used an adaptor to turn the USB-C to USB 3 and plugged the stick into the socket, which worked as a charm. I read in other reviews that you can only click forwards and backward, and that's pretty much it. This is true if you don't set up the clicker properly, which you cannot do from the iPad, as it does not have a supported App. However, if you have a computer, you can download the suggested software, connect the clicker to your computer, update the firmware and customise the functions for the different buttons. All the information is stored in the USB receiver, making it work great on iPad and any other device you like. The only downside is that I would prefer the green spotlight to be slightly brighter (which is now 100 mW), but it is still much better than any red spotlight I tried. I'm very satisfied with the product and good value for money.
