I bought this to use in our garage, which is my husband’s “smoking section” in the winter. Even during the coldest times last year, it kept the area around his chair a nice temperature!

Bought 1 back in December and that one stopped working after less than 3 weeks had another one sent out and the same result. I don't know if the cord is just faulty or something else.

I truly stressed over which heater to buy. I needed on for my twin's bedroom and so I needed one that was safe but also warmed the 200ish sqft because for whatever reason their room is the coolest in the house. I am not disappointed with this purchase. It warms quickly and efficiently. Its quite (a low white noise sound that would be easy to forget but I like having it for their room). The timer is my favorite feature and I love that I can adjust how hot I want it to get. I have not used the remote so I cannot comment on it, but it does have one. Overall, it was a great purchase and I highly recommend.

This heater would not even come on. I followed all of the troubleshooting directions to no avail. I was able to swap it for another one. I’ll update after I try it this week.

Buy the warranty - we are sorry we didn't! Purchased 1/7/22 and used from mid Jan. - Mar, then again for part of Nov. - Dec 21st when it just quit working! Of course we've had it too long to return but didn't really use it long enough to get our money out if it. We should have purchased the 3 year warranty. Also, it did NOT come with the remote, which we didn't fuss about at time of purchase but believe it's worth mentioning now. Thanks!
