I love this scent. I apply this to my grandson's feet and rub his back with it before he goes to sleep. Not positive that it induces slumber but he really seems to enjoy the little massage. I've used it on my wrists before bed as well, smells lovely.

I am usually asleep about 30 minutes after rolling this on my arms and I have a difficult time falling asleep without any sleeping aid. I don't usually believe essential oils work but I have been proven wrong. I used to take melatonin every night and no longer need it. I roll some on my cats head and it calms him down too.

Didn't make a difference on my toddler.

The scent doesn’t last at all and it more of an fresh herbal smell than a relaxing scent
