Leaks.
This thing leaks horribly. Even after emptying the water holder it still leaked all over the floor. Steamer works fine but it is a pain to clean up after use. Bought and use a hand held now. May use it again one day if I have a lot of items to steam. Otherwise I’ll stick to the handheld.

Not my best purchase
Easy to fill and set up. Bad for kinks in the steam-line and spits water. Purchased for photography screen smoothing and only get wet spots during use. Three times and it's now no longer in use.

I bought this on Warehouse put it all together turned it on and nothing happened had to return it was very disappointed
