I bought it for my theater room door, so my granddaughters can only get in there with us not by themselves.The instructions for install were very straightforward and took only 10 minutes to install. All in all this one is a extremely nice, durable, easy to install and use door smart door lock. Good quality and value.

We installed this and like the ability to monitor and keep it locked however the app is a bit difficult to manage.

It worked fine for the first month, then it started to act wonky -at times the digital numbers would not flash/glow, at other times, it would not take my fingerprint, and would not take my password. The saving grace was the key....I had to reprogram many times. Unfortunatly, I cant return at this point. I would stay away from this product.

We really love this door handle. Setup is fairly simple. You download the app, setup the individual user profiles on the app and have them scan the fingerprint on the handle. It has never allowed access to someone without a profile, but we had to reload our sons print once. It was a little finicky getting the passcode set. So far, the battery has lasted a few month. The handle is well made and we are very satisfied

We have had this door knob installed for over 2 months and it has been amazing! It does make a noise when unlocking, but it isn’t too terribly annoying. We put rechargeable batteries in and it hasn’t burned through the first charge yet! The app is very user friendly as well!

Worked great for a couple days shy of 1 year. Then all of a sudden it just beeps continuously and no longer functions. Tried replacing battery, no touch screen smudges or obstructions. Not sure what went wrong with it.

I Love it so much haven't had any problem with it yet The lock Feature is so cool and it was extremely easy to install you just need buy triple a batteries which kind of sucked but other than that I love it and the app is extremally easy to use:))

This was perfect for what I needed it for the garage and closet door. The quality is comparable to the price but it works well! You only need one Wi-Fi hub for multiple lock which is a plus on a smart home with few available outlets!
