Works as advertised.
You get what you see here, decent quality brass part made to spec. That said, using this plus a 3/8” line with an inverse flare fitting will not clear a drop-base air cleaner. Since you need an external filter for an Eddy carb I recommend just switching to an AN fitting and not using this part.

For 3/8" NPT Brake/Fuel Line
The Edelbrock AVS, and I believe the AFB's, come with the fuel fitting with nipple type end for a rubber line and hose clamp. I wanted a fuel fitting so that I could install a 3/8" NPT steel line for my build. This is what is needed.

Make a metal fuel line.
Get rid of that fire hazard rubber fuel line.
