We searched months ago for a doorbell solution for my partner who is Deaf. No integratable options available at the time with our Smart Life (Tuya) ecosystem.When we saw this, we decided to give it a try, as our Kangaroo system stopped working.This works GREAT. I can set the tune to one of the pre-installed options so I can hear when someone pushes the no-battery-required button, and we set up an automation in Smart Life to blink strategically selected lights around the house to notify my partner! The routine took some figuring out - the Tuya app doesn't allow you to re-use a "tap to run" scene, so I had to duplicate the set of lights I want to blink 6 times. To blink 3 - the action I selected for each scene is "reverse switch" so that the light will end up in the same state it was before the doorbell was pressed.This will also work if you want to be notified when someone is at the door, but don't want the doorbell to wake a sleeping baby!

I've been looking for a chime to be triggered by an automation routine via (door/window sensor) in the Tuya, Smart Life app. This works perfectly. Seamless addition to the Tuya, Smart Life application. Once setup adding to an automation routine the chime can be activated by any other smart wifi device. Included kinetic push button is useful but not required when used as a remote chime.

The media could not be loaded. So YES!!!! IT WORKS!!!I bought this product because I was not allowed to place a doorbell camera outside my home as it “apparently” went against my lease!!! So I searched for a product that could let me know someone was at my door while I was away from home, but without a camera.Unfortunately, there aren’t allot of products that catered to my specific needs.But I came across this product and was VERY happy to see it was powered by Tuya!!! This is because I actually already owned another Tuya product (Petree self cleaning litter box) that I REALLY liked, so I was excited to try another.And it didn’t disappoint!!!I used the app and everything works perfectly. The names are in another language at first, but I was able to change it easily!!(Just don’t be like me and forget to SAVE the changes on the bottom of the screen!!)Also, do not forget to turn on the “app message push” feature to enable your phone receiving notifications when someone rings your doorbell even while you’re away from home.The instructions were clear in everything EXCEPT for how to install the hardware that it came with!!This was a problem, because I didn’t want to install it using a simple sticker.BUT, I was able to figure it out. You MUST OPEN the receiver in order to install using hardware. After that, you are good to go!!!In conclusion, I rate this product 4 STARS!! It didn’t do a good job explaining the hardware installation (it actually doesn’t mention it at all in the manual), and I have not tested out its “weatherproofing” features yet, but my gut tells me I’d still recommend getting a shield of some sort for the rain.Other than that, I’m convinced it’s another good product by Tuya!!!!

I bought this $30 doorbell because I read that it could be rung using a smartphone. (I use it to summon my wife--it's hard to get her attention sometimes.) Unfortunately this is only technically true. You can make the bell go off by going into the customization settings and making it demo its ringtones. It's pretty inconvenient, and the app is pretty clunky too. Basically the only point of the smartphone connectivity is to provide a better interface for customizing the ringing instead of using mechanical buttons.I wouldn't buy this again. I'd just go for the $14 non-smart model and resign myself to getting up to push the button.

We have a funky backyard/ garage situation and this means we most likely won’t ever have a doggie door for our dogs’ safety. This door bell was the perfect solution for our two 85 lb. Rhodesian Ridgebacks. We placed the button on the ground of the covered patio and they picked it up easily. I can let them be out in the yard as long as they’d like to be while I work in the house. They just touch the button when they’re ready to come back inside! We’ve had it for 5 months now and I’m *very* pleased with the quality of it. I understand that we’ve put this button through some physical demands (being pressed by an 85lb dog multiple times a day is probably not the most gentle touch) and it’s held up so well. The ring is customizable and the volume is adjustable so I can hear it throughout the house. It rings reliably when touched by the dogs. Even if we wear out this button I will gladly purchase it again because it’s made it so easy to let my dogs enjoy the huge backyard we bought for them!

Since there is not allot of review of this bell. I have it at a distance of at least 6 m. 1 thick glass and 1 wall between. And it still works. I did not really test the distance, but for me it works. Wat makes it awesome is, the button is indeed no power needed. So I can actually put it any where I can with no running extra cables. The other part, it is TUYA compatible. So I use SMARTLIFE, the other app of TUYA. And when the business is on breaking time, I can just switch of the chirp and just leave it send notification that somebody is at the front bali, and by the way, we use this as a window bell, at a doctors office.Did not play allot with the scenes yet. But i think you can build cool combination with other TUYA products

The doorbell was great when we first received it, but that quickly changed. I've had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times, it doesn't seem to want to stay on the network (it's the correct settings/wifi band), and I basically have to aggressively push the button multiple times for it to ring now.It is small, as you can see from the picture. And it only works when you push the lower half of the ringer. It was exactly 100 ft from my house and the receiver and it still doesn't work.Would I recommend it, nope.

Me gustó, lo malo es que tienes configurar, por separado los dos timbres.

Súper fácil de instalar y configurar, tiene buen volumen y muchos tonos distintos. Se conecta con alexa y notifica por medio de los dispositivos cuando hay un visitante.

Funciona tal como es esperado, avisa en Alexa y celular. Quizás el montaje podría mejorar.

Desde tu celular puedes modificar el volumen del timbre, que tipo de sonido deseas. Muy bien producto
