I love the sleek design and how it stands out.×The issues I have with the product is the flexible drawing hose that draws water from the water bottle that folds up and draws the drawing up end of the pipe to the surface of the water, thereby causing the dispenser to draw up air instead of water.×It can be noisy dispensing water .Lovely product..

I suffered finding bottom loaded models with good reviews or quality, I also had previous bad experience from different brands.Distinguish design, very high quality and no noise at all.Bottom line, this is by far the best one you can get at reasonable price, and I believe it’s a US based technology.
