Great Lock!
We have a very expensive keyless Schlage lock on our front door that we love, but didn’t want to spend that type of money for our back door too. That being said, we didn’t want to keep a key around for the back door. I looked around for a keyless entry lock that was nice looking, was a coded entry, and inexpensive. I found this one after some endless scrolling on Amazon. I’m glad I purchased it. It was a easy install, though we had to adjust the wood in the door a bit with a wood cutter. Overall, easy and works as expected.

Great Keyless Entry Deadbolt - Doesn't AUTO Lock Behind you
I put these on my Back and Side doors. Very happy with the purchase. 1 thing to take into consideration, is that these locks DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY LOCK. The key code (or quick lock option) only allows for the deadbolt to spin, forcing the user to lock or unlock it within a certain timeframe (15-20 seconds). This for me, was NOT a bad thing and I knew that going into this purchase, so no stars taken away.But for someone who wants an auto lockable deadbolt, check out the Schlage Connect Camelot Touchscreen Deadbolt w/ Built-In Alarm, Aged Bronze, BE469 CAM 716 . So far so good
I just bought and installed this lock and works just fine. I love the features and the 19 codes I can use. The instructions that came with the lock are confusing and useless, other than the programming instructions which wear clear easy to understanding. I strongly recommend watching the Schlage install video which is very good and clearly goes through the step by step instructions for a successful installation. We’ll see how it holds up!
