It's easy to open/close
It's easy to open/close, is reasonably priced, looks good on the counter, and keeps the beans fresh. Perfect. Comes with a reusable Keurig pod too, but I haven't used it because Keurigs are evil landfill clogging tools of the devil.

Excellent for whole bean storage
I use this vault exclusively with fresh-roasted whole beans, never with ground, since my machine grinds the beans just prior to brewing. The vault does an excellent job of allowing off-gassing of freshly roasted beans, and keeping the beans fresh through their use, which, in my household, is about a 2 week cycle. Other reviewers have stated that getting grounds in the valve prevents proper function, so if you're looking for a vault for pre-ground coffee, maybe this is an imperfect solution for that. But for my purposes, it's done a perfect job, roast after roast.

Better Coffee Coral
Not sure I'm buying into this as the ultimate storage system, but it is pretty nifty and keeps me from keeping open bags of coffee beans all over the place. The scoop is a nice touch and the little K cup brewing thingie? AWESOME, so much better design than that gray looking beast. As a true aficionado, I gave up on K cups ages ago, but when I'm in a hurry it's so convenient. Since I don't keep K cups around, this was a great addition to the package.

Works great!!!
I used to buy my coffee in bulk (millstone) and just leave it in the bag I used from the grocery store. Recently I bought a better coffee maker (commercial Bunn plumbed into the water line cause I'm a little lazy they say) and during my research in buying the maker I came across people stating you need to store coffee and not in the bag it came in. So hence this purchase and review. I've had this storage container for about a month now and it is working very well, keeps my coffee very fresh being I'm a weekend coffee drinker the most. My first coffee I put in there, whole beans as you should always buy, held it's freshness for the whole month it was in there. I would recommend this to anyone that don't use their coffee fast and actually needs it to be stored.

Holds Coffee, as advertised.
What can you say about a coffee tin? The item shipped on time, and now contains coffee on my counter top. Our previous coffee container was about twice the size, so I miss the volume aspect. But, it was see through plastic, so it could not limit sun exposure to our beans, which was why we purchased the Stainless Steel Coffee Canister. We have a tiny kitchen, so this item compliments our situation.

Absolutely No Customer Service
The product itself is OK when it isn't broken. The problem is the lid is prone to break and the snaps are not well made and feel like they are not snapping firmly into place. I wanted to replace one of my lids and tried to contact the seller four different ways; through Amazon, through the contact form on their website, through their email address and by calling on the phone which doesn't go through. Absolutely no response. I doubt if they are even in business anymore.

There is nothing like fresh coffee in the morning!
I'm not sure how the valve on this canister works, but I can tell you that our coffee, whether grounds or beans, always smells super-aromatic and fresh when we open it. It's nice and durable, too, and the metallic red is pretty. The reusable keurig-type grounds basket is a nice touch, though we use a french press so have not tried it yet.

My coffee stays fresher
Does seem to keep the coffee beans, either whole or ground fresher. The science behind it makes sense, allowing CO2 to escape without permitting air or moisture to enter. Just like the vacuum sealed bags of coffee on the store shelves that have the valve in the middle of the bag performing the same thing. See their website: [...]

I like it!
This storage works great! It says right on the instructions to not tamper with the valve, to just let the valve work on its own. Don't push it or fill the container to full.It holds exactly 16oz ( 1lb ) of beans and seals great.I ordered two of them and filled one of them and put it aside and just opened it today after it being sealed for two months, it's like I just opened them out of the bag.I would definitely recommend this as it works great!

Expensive but effective
Ridiculously expensive product, but it does what it says and I'm happy with the ease of use and dependability.
