Wrench is great for the intended use
the wrench is nice to have when doing alignments, haven’t tried using it for other things yet but probably will be

Great wrench, not so great adjuster
The wrench works perfectly and fits right where you need it to make the adjustments, the adjuster on the other hand, falls right off the cam, and is thin. But it for the wrench if you do these alignments

Cheaped out on this version. Use 41350 instead
Cam tool too thin, once you put a ratchet into the 3/8 drive socket, the tool will no longer lay flat which prevents the tool from working correctly. Picture of Lisle 41350 tool for reference. Too bad, I wanted the 24/21 combo but for the price it wasn't worth it for me.
