SportPro 450 Round Metal High Capacity Magazine for AEG Thompson M1A1 Airsoft

My son purchased this clip based on other reviews that said it would work with the GameFace Tommy Gun if modifications were made. He made his own adjustments to the clip by bending back the top rails so it would fit in the slot and it works well. It does not fire properly every single time, but it works well enough. It is however, difficult to wind (get the spring where it needs to be). It is what it is and he is satified.

I would give them five stars, however, One of the two magazines arrived broken. I understand things like this happen but the problem is I got magazines back in July and just shot the BB gun yesterday, 3 months later, and found out that the magazine loading spring must’ve been broken as it would not load the BB’s! I fully understand these things happen and contacted the manufacturer just a few minutes ago, who claims they have excellent customer service? I only ask that they replace the broken magazine because even if I did use it for the three months it still should not have broken. However, The truth is I only tried to use it once and it was already broke. We shall see what the manufacturer does before I leave a better review.

I bought two of these and neither one of them works. Spinning the ratchet wheel on the bottom does nothing, no spring pressure is ever applied to the loaded BBs and they are never feed up to the top of the magazine. Total garbage

Took 3 hours to get this mag working with my airsoft m1a1. Hours of dremmel work and filing and forming peices to work with the magazine. Finally got it to work with my setup and in glad, because if it didn't work I would have definlty not been able to return the product. Other then the headache I had to overcome, the magazine is metal but internals are mainly plastic(which is to be expected) and feels good and sturdy.

Had to modify it slighty to fit the gfsmg which I knew about and it works much better than the drum magazine which broke on me 1 week in. Good quality snd low price. Recommend this to everyone!

the drum I got with my Thompson may have arrived broken, it didn't feed right so I decided to buy one of these mags try to save the Thompson. it worked a lot better.I found that It put out 160 bbs before I have to wind it up again. it works perfectly but it definitely does not hold 450bbs its closer to 350 or so. thats why I remoed a star.
