Rubbermaid Brilliance Food Storage Container, Mini, 0.5 Cup, Clear, 2 Pack

The Rubbermaid brilliance storage containers are the best I have ever purchased and worth every penny. I ended up buying more to replace all my food storage containers. Love they do not stain, are dishwasher, freezer and microwave safe, and the lids do not mess up in the process and still seal perfectly. Also saved a lot of space in my cabinets by being easy to stack. I would purchase these a hundred times over.

These products are great. You can see through them so you know exactly what you have. They come in a variety of sizes so you can pretty much perfectly select the correct container. I have never had a leak after two years of use- I take my lunch to work so they get bumped around in my bag and still hold strong. Also we use them at home all the time, so they are constantly in use. although it says they are microwavable I do not recommend it. they have a vent to let steam escape. They are stackable and do not take up a lot of space during storage. They are dishwasher safe but almost always I have to dry the lids a little with a towel before putting them up. Also, they resist stains. I put all kinds of spaghetti sauce in them and they don’t stain- but then again I don’t heat them in the microwave which could cause some discoloration. Also, I have stored foods with curry and turmeric and thought it was going to discolor but it ended up cleaning just fine.

These rectangular storage "dishes" have a wonderful well sealed top that can be microwaved (open the click locks first) or washed in the dishwasher. Larger sizes are made so two smaller units fit on it exactly. I have a small tower of these storage dishes in my frig and it looks nice. The super clear plastic makes identification easy. The line has both glass and plastic storage dishes, and they use the same tops. The glass dishes can go from oven to table to refrigerator. Smaller dishes are great for left overs. Rubbermaid hit a home run on this product as far as we are concerned.

Perfect for small portions of food. These are leak proof and can be used for salad dressing that you might pack for lunch.

These are the best storage containers I have found. They not only look good, but have a tight seal, easy to lock and unlock. No problems heating food in them in the microwave. They are sturdy, light weight and have a great selection of sizes. They are more expensive than the light weight plastic containers you would get in the market. But they will last for years! Oh I almost forgot, they are clear plastic, so you can see what is in them. I must buy,

Very nice small containers that don’t leak.

Some of our older Rubbermaid containers are starting to crack from old age & heaven knows how many trips thru a microwave. So, time to slowly replace them as they pass on to that beautiful container heaven in the sky. These are a very hard, clear plastic, have excellent lids, and seal firmly and lock in place snuggly. Flip open the latches and there is a vent hole under each latch, so you can leave the lid on while microwaving your contents, so no splatters at all. They cleanup very well, even after chili or spaghetti, pizza with cheese, soups, etc., all the usual culprits that can spell ugly meltdown death for lesser containers. Simply used for storage, they are see thru, stackable, and come in a great variety of sizes. We use them as much for storage as for microwaving. Rubbermaid, you have done well yet again. Bravo!

Very good purchase. They do absorb odor but they never leak.

These are very sturdy and leakproof. But extremely expensive for only two.They do fit in the small fridges perfectly though

Too expensive for what you get. You can buy similar products for a better price. Having said that, the product is very good. The containers and the lids are well made and sturdy.

Bought these as an accessory for my daughters mini fridge. Perfect size! They do not leak and keep things surprisingly fresh for a while.

They’re much smaller than I thought. The lid is hard to open and clean up. They’re leakproof but I have to use my 2 hands to twist them a bit to open and then the liquid inside comes out. They look durable but not worth the price, I don’t recommend.
