Packaging was not sealed and the product looked like it had been recently handled, smudges like someone with dirty or sticky hands had already used it. The product and its documentation were stuffed in unprofessionally, like it had been repackaged after leaving the factory. Normally I wouldn't care about repackaged products, I buy returned items all the time because I love the associated discounts. But this is a medical product, and I paid for it to be new. It works well enough and seems like a good overall product, but it's really not to much to ask that it be made and sold with at least an attempt at keeping things sanitary.

The media could not be loaded.  The Bebird T15 ear wax cleaning device is easy to use. I wanted it specifically because we’d been told by a doctor that my grandson (age 2) has a severe issue with ear wax build up. We got the app and device going without issue and tried on my granddaughter (age 10) first, because we knew she would be an easier subject (see the photo with the black sponge). We then went to work on my grandson with the small spoon and he was cooperative for a few minutes. See the video - it was fairly easy to visualize and work on the waxy deposit.It was fascinating to see this process on camera.We also found this very entertaining. My granddaughter joked that when guests come over, she’ll ask if she can check out the inside of their ears. I know what we’ll be doing on Saturday nights!

This is the second one of these I have bought. The first was great - except that the slip on extensions were plastic and the things would fly off in the middle of using it. And the tiny things would fly all over and it was very frustrating. So I bought am upgraded version where the tops screw in. Brilliant. I figured that would make the extra money worth it. The flying plastic pieces problem solved. But now, this upgraded version, the lamp is terrible. You have to look NEAR what you are trying to remove because if you shine the light, you can't see it. It is so disappointing. I want the lamp of the cheap version and the tops on the upgraded version. The whole thing is so ridiculous I can't even explain it well. Suffice to say, it isn't worth the extra money until they get their act together and make an item that works.

I have had multiple endscopes that work with phone apps before and this one is THE. BEST. It sets the standard, tbh. This whole brand of products are legit.The HD camera rotates while you move the endoscope so it's always facing down, which others don't do! It matters because it helps with orienting yourself.It uses metal intercbangeable tips which screw on, not flimsy plastic clip ons. The storage system in the cap and the auto-on feature with magnetic cap removal are both high tech.This is honestly my Christmas gift to different family members this year. The "couple" mode, record and photo ability, and high res photos are just great. It's too useful for words.

This is the best ear wax cleaner I've ever used! It works very well, the camera is very clear and detailed, and the light illuminates the ear. I wish there are softer tips, maybe more rubbery, but I think it's great. It is very light, and not heavy at all. I like how simple it is to connect to your phone. I also like the fact that it has a good magnetic cover. Overall, I love this product!

It did not come with the qtip, but everything else was there. The light is a little bright when close to skin. The camera is freaking awesome, I have only bought 1 other brand and let me say a huge difference. If I was to recommend any product it would be this one. I am still trying it out and making adjustments to light but still seems to bright for me to see what I am doing. Another down side, you cannot charge and use at the same time. This review may change depending on results.

This product is impressive the picture quality is very good. The app looks more professional than some others for these type of devices. I like how it tells you the remaining run time of the device. Definately worth the money for the product and the accessories that it comes with.

I couldn’t wait to receive this. So awesome. I had seen all the advertisements for this new concept and wanted to try it. It came in today, and I’m so happy with it. Easy to use, lots of parts to fit exactly where you need them to go, and efficient. Everyone in my home wanted me to use it on them. Definitely recommend.
