Relaxes me at bed time, reduces stress. A good precursor to a nights sleep

I have fought insomnia most of my life and lately after having two knee surgeries and needing a new one the pain has intensified that problem. I read the review for this product and thought I'd give it a try. It's wonderful. I have slept better since I got this than I have in the previous ten years plus I am sleeping so deep I am able to remember my dreams. I have recommeded this product to several others and they have like it as well.

This relieves pain (especially nerve pain) without the narcotic effects of making you "loopy" and is not habit forming. Additionally it takes the edge off of your emotions if you happen to have a lot of tension. All around a good product. What we found was that this works better when it has the alcohol base rather than the glycerin and we don't know why but somehow it absorbs better in the system...

Not sure how much it really helped me when I used it.

it's always hard to say with natural supplements, but this seems to work well for helping with sleeping. i feel like i feel sleepy about 20 minutes after taking it.
