The product arrive on time and in perfect conditions. It was very easy to set up the saw. Just add a little chain lubricant in the corresponding reservoir and you are ready to start cutting. I like the fact that you can see how much battery life is left with the push of a button. I also like that you can tilt the angle of the saw. It makes it easier in certain circumstances. I have tried other pole saws and this one is by far the best. It is sturdier and easier to control than others. When cutting high branches, the pole saw feels firm and not bendy like other brands. To extend and retract the length of the pole, it is as simple as loosening and retightening an adjustment clamp. Lastly, the carrying strap is useful when you need to rest your shoulders and lift the weight of the pole from your arms. While the pole saw is not heavy, you do get tired when cutting a lot of high branches in a row. I truly like this product.

This is a great solid saw! It’s well constructed and effective at removing tree branches and twigs. The most helpful part is the extension arm allowing me to reach tall obstructions that I would previously need a ladder for - making it much more convenient and safer for me to cut things down! It’s nice, light and easy to use! Smooth and quiet operations - I do not need to wear any earring protection while using it and my neighbors aren’t disturbed! Fantastic saw and very helpful for my yard work!

Works better than expected..Good for 2 inch branches and less.Battery seems good for now..Not a bad purchase for a homeowner...Chain oil not included..Worth the 100.00.

I have a number of trees that like to hang over near the house, and usually I grab my saw, hop up on the stepladder, and try to cut back the branches once a year. It’s a hazardous effort swinging a saw around, and I have to keep moving the ladder to move to the next set of branches. The whole process of moving and re-moving the step ladder makes it take a long time. With this I took less than 1/4 of the time to trim back the branches compared to normal - I could reach branches without having to use the ladder!The actual unit itself is quite robust - felt solidly made. It took me about 20 minutes to unpack it and get it all setup. Comes with its own battery and charger, so it’s cord-free and doesn’t require keeping gas.

I purchased this saw to cut hedges that are too tall. Leaves get stuck in chain. Any suggestions for cutting 2 feet off top of hedges?
