This product is surprisingly well made and sturdy. The board on the bottom isn't wood but it is still very strong and will be enough to hold my 5.3 kg cat, and it can be removed and washed. Inside there is a leash to connect to the cat's collar. There are three openings, and each of them has a double zipper - they don't lock, but you can easily keep them closed with a thin metal hook keychain. There isn't a whole lot of extra room inside the bag if your cat is larger, but they can move around and are definitely comfortable, cats prefer tighter spaces anyway. It is the perfect size for a plane (to take into the cabin), which is why I bought it. It also has a zipper on the side that is a pretty good size, where I keep some food, plastic baggies, my cat's paperwork when travelling, and the shoulder strap. I took a risk on this product because there were no reviews at the time I purchased it, but I am very, very happy with my purchase. I ordered a red one, too, which hasn't arrived yet (I'm not sure why they didn't send them together...), but I hope it will be in the same condition as this one because it is exactly what I was looking for when traveling by plane. I haven't officially used it yet, but it seems like it'll do the trick. Recommended.

My cat fits fine laying down in it, but if she wanted to stand, her back would be up against the top. She's a normal sized cat, so it's not like I'm trying to put a huge cat in it. Luckily she pretty much exclusively lays down when she's in a carrier. But for cats that like to stand and move around a lot, they will be restricted in movement and probably won't be very happy in this. Aesthetically it's very pleasing, and I really love the look of it. The only thing that keeps it from collapsing in on itself is the board on the bottom. If you had to take it out for some reason it'd be like carrying a pet in a duffle bag. For the price, it's a good carrier.

I was in a hurry to purchase a carrier that could be delivered overnight, was collapsible, and could be easily cleaned. This fit all my needs. It’s a great carrier for the money. Would definitely purchase again.

I love this cat carrier! It’s the perfect size, quality material and it has a soft plushy mat on the bottom so your cat can lay comfortably during transit, I love the multiple windows and zippers and it has a zip up pocket in the front for pet documents if traveling by plane! Better than what I thought!

I used this with a heating pad to transport an adult bearded dragon. He loved it and fit perfectly. Especially loved the pocket in the front which fit the thermostat of the heating pad.

This carrier is tiny so beware if your pet is on the larger side. That being said, it feels relatively sturdy and the mesh surprisingly strong for the price. I bought this as a "go-bag" for my cat so was not deterred by the lower quality, but I wouldn't use this as a regular carrier for anything bigger than a pair of guinea pigs.

I travel with my fur baby and he doesn't miss a chance to let me know he wants to go too!!
