I did not use this for pain. My acupuncturist used it to help with my breathing after I was recovering from covid and it worked wonderfully to help open my airways. I liked the aroma. I purchased it for myself.

Po Sum On oil works, it really does. I have purchased this product many times because it helps ease my neck, shoulders and knee pain. I've had 2 cervical fusions and a knee replacement. Pain is in my neck, knee and shoulders. A my Daughter-in-law is South Korean, one year for my birthday she gave me a bottle to try. She told me she heard from one of her friends about this product. I tried it (a drop spreads further than you may imagine) on my neck and shoulders,, WOW, instantly I felt relief from the pain. It lasted about 2 hours before I needed to reapply. I LOVE this lotion, hope you will too.

I don't use this for pain relief, it helps my anxiety. It was fluky that I came across this during a pedicure appointment. I was having a lot of anxiety after being fired from my job. I was getting a pedicure and my girl mixes this oil in the lotion that she applies to my feet and legs. I couldn't sit still and was fidgeting the entire time she was working, but actually felt my anxiety whoosh out of my body and felt a huge relief. I bought a bottle just to see if it was just a one time thing, but it's not. I use it regularly when my anxiety is high and use it after a bad day in my diffuser at night when I go to sleep. I get better and longer sleep when I do.

I bought this product after having it recommended to me by the doctor that used it with my acupuncture treatment. It is not a cure all, but provides additional pain relief to some of my chronic lower back pain.How I use it.I apply a few drops on a cotton ball and then apply it to the area in pain. You can also use rubber gloves for application as it will ensure that the small amount used will for the full benefit. It also helps to make sure that the area in clean, free of cuts and abrasions. If your skin is sensitive, I would consult a physician before used.The scent reminds me of the way Recola Cough Drops taste. I find it to be pleasant, but for some this may not be the case.The oil spreads easily enough, and it does not take much per application.
