It's a really nice product for our pet but the item which I got had zero suction and it was disappointing to see that there is no refund/return policy. I want a new item with proper suction for my boy to play and enjoy his life.

It is good as a product but my dog always expects someone to play with him.Playing alone with toys is not his piece of cake.Also, if cookies are put in the ball, it doesn't come out easily. A dog that plays by itself will be able to take it out. since my dog doesn't play by himself, he doesn't even try.

My dog plays with this thing everyday!!! She picks it up and throws it and then just rolls with it. She a big dog and she loves rolling around with it.

The suction cup was perfect and creates a strong vacuum. Only my XL dobie was able to pull it out.But the rope was not as durable. One small nip from my pup and it was in 2pieces. So please work on getting an non chewable material.Other than that perfect for small dogs,pups.Perfect for keeping them engaged while you take a breather or that romantic time with your partner!

My Husky loves this toy! It kind of squeaks. He can carry it around and treats can go in it. You can also play tug of war with it.
