The pads are of very good quality and comfortable. I used them in my running shoes and went on to run half marathon without any issues. They prevented my ankle soreness which I usually get during the runs. Worth buying this product if you have flat feets.

The sole is too soft to support the flat feet. The inner curve height is very less to bring the inner feet curve back to normal. This is better to be used by normal person to have it as a great shoe inner. I don't see this is to be a fit sole for flat feet users.

Useless item,, pain relieve somewhat but severe burning felt in foot after use this sole,, don't waste money.

Though little over priced but cushion is good. Tried using in my Wildcraft trekking shoe but was uncomfortable. It's essentially made for use with leather shoes I guess. Feeling comfortable in using it with my Woodland leather pair

There was a mix up in my order as despite ordering a size 8.5 (UK43) I received an 8 (UK 42)/ However, as there was room to cut it down according to size, I sort of chose to use it and it fit so I didn't bother with a return. Anyway the product is alright; however, don't expect any miracles. I a lot depends on the heel and arch support of the shoe itself. This only helps if the shoe itself has proper structure that fits right with your arches.And a mix up is a mix up so a generous 3 stars.
