I had ordered BAGSMART's Large Capacity (12.5 x 8.5 x 6.5 inch) train case and when it arrived, I decided to go with the smaller version instead. I went back to the same Amazon product listing and selected "medium" instead of "large" and assumed that everything would be the same, just in a smaller (11 x 7.9 x 6.7 inch) size. Instead, I received a similiar-looking train case, but the construction is cheaper-looking and much less durable, the material is not water-resistant (the bigger train case is made of material that would definitely prevent water-absorption while this smaller one is not), and the color is different. You can see in my photos: this smaller train case is pictured on the left next to the larger train case (that I ended up keeping) is on the right. The insert bottoms that you stick into the train case to create compartments were poorly finished. I returned this smaller-train case and kept the larger one I originally ordered. The Large Capacity (12.5 x 8.5 x 6.5 inch) version is the way to go! It's sturdy, well-made, and beautiful. The product description is deceiving, so pay attention to what you're ordering here.

I really, really love this bag! In search of a big “all-in-one” capacity toiletries case, I feel grateful to have found this one. Not only is it attractive to look at, it is functional as well. During a road trip, it was easy to slip onto my suitcase. The inner dividers make the customization completely up to you. For me, this was very convenient in order to provide room for all sizes of items I had. I 100% recommend this product for anyone looking for an excellent travel case! :)

This bag is exactly what I needed to organize my nail care items I have several large paddle things for removing callouses and large diamencel nail files and they fit perfectly in the top. In the brush section I put my nail care tools. The slots were a little big for them but it overall worked. In the bottom I put fingernail polish remover, fingernail polish, a hand mirror, several perfumes because I had some extra space, and some hand lotion.I took off one star because it could be higher quality. Overall the quality is great, it's really sturdy and nice looking but the brush holder insert comes off on one side a lot and the slots are a little flimsy and don't align perfectly. I don't really mind that much, they mostly just keep my products from jostling around and pad them but it did take some moving things around to make the dividers work. If the brush holder thing didn't come undone I'd probably give it five stars because I am really pleased with it but mostly because it looks nice and the layout is just what I needed for my products but if you are just looking for a generic bag, the quality might annoy you. I did think the strap was kind of dumb and just through it away but I can see why some people might like it, I just never take my stuff away from the house.

I am very happy with this bag. I was looking for something similar to an old fashioned train case but lighter weight and this is perfect. A great size and I really like how I can move the interior dividers to fit the contents. At first I was disappointed that it didn't have a shoulder strap but it has a tight strap across the back of the bag that slides over my suitcase handle so it stays in place while I roll my suitcase. I like the removable pouch that attaches to the inside which is very handy. It even holds my curling iron. The design is very well thought out and the quality is great for the price.

I was really excited about getting this make up bag after reading so many good comments. At first sight it looked beautiful and well made until I decided to put a few things in the compartments and they just broke. It weren't things that wouldn't fit, I made sure of that, bit the compartments are poorly sewed. Since I work on a cruiseship doing the whole returning process is a little complicated and I don't have time nor means to do it, so I just kept it. But it did bother me having to pay $27 dollars for something like this.The design is pretty though.
