Q: In what order do you apply this in a skincare routine?

I use it morning or night, the last step before moisturizing. I don’t use a ton, mostly spot treat my red/acne prone areas (t-zone) I recommend sunscreen if you use it in the morning unless your moisturizer has SPF, then you’re all set!

Q: Does this product have a safety seal?

Yes the product inside of the cover is coming with a seal
