MK Simple Fit Sensor K5015 360 Flush Ceiling Mounted PIR Sensor

Built and works well.

I purchased 3 of these to replace some BEG sensors which had become unreliable (lights staying on all the time). These were easy to fit and the lead helped matters by allowing the connections to be made at a lower level before pushing the unit into the hole (which I did not need to enlarge after removing the previous units). The 3 units all operate the same lights (all 11 of them - hall, first floor landing and second floor landing) and have been working perfectly so far. The controls are hidden, which suits me because is prevents people from tampering with them. The units can however be removed without having to use force as the springs grip fairly lightly, which for me is a good thing. I would recommend these and will probably purchase again

Works just like it should, no problems encountered two months since installing

I have two of these in my bathrooms, both operating the fan and then keeping it running via its timer. They are hyper efficient at detecting so be careful where you place them. My first install was near the bathroom door and so walking past the door activates! Tuck it away from the doorway and all is good

There are many PIR’s out there vastly cheaper than this one, I bought this MK model assuming quality, it was easy to install and works well switching three LED’s and Fan, my issue is it randomly activates in a closed door bathroom and I can’t resolve the problem, hence lower star rating.
