I had a similar heater (china made) and its thermostat cut off power when it was reasonably hot but not unbearably hot with swelling if its body as seen in this device. Old one got damaged. Hence ordered new, a different brand but china made. Scared to use it for for fear of overheating with thermostat malfunction resulting in explosion due to accumulated gas within. There is a warning on the label to disconnect and remove vapour/air if swelling observed. Very tricky and dangerous for senior citizen (82 year old) person like me. Hence the return and request for refund. Thanks.

The product stopped working within 12 days of use.Its past the return date so utter waste of money.

I ordered 3 and all 3 got short circuit

It is good product as compare to our regular bags we used. Just turn off timeout should be there within 3-5 mins.
