A great treat for myself. I'm awaiting knee surgery and I'm on crutches so I'm pretty well housebound. I'm amazed at the quality of the picture. My usual nature programmes are fabulous!

Excellent value for money. Smart TV with Alexa assistance. Voice activation very useful.

Loads of issues with streaming - Youtube doesn't load, Amazon Prime gives audio but no video, Iplayer doesn't load videos. With all these apps, I can search and browse fine but issues with playing, and it is not an issue with cables or internet, I have super fast internet and I can work around all these issues by plugging in external devices (Mi Box, Firestick, laptop etc). But this completely defeats the point of a 'smart TV'.Would avoid![Update]An engineer remotely took control of the TV and fixed everything, it was surprisingly easy and now works almost flawlessly. TV is great but one might need to be prepared to have a remote engineer iron out any issues as I assume it is quite a complicated piece of technology. Luckily the customer service provided through the TV was really good.I would now highly recommend, if you don't mind having to sort out potential hiccups on setup.

Excellent quality and value for money

The electric connection will not fit in the tv. So I cannot watch it ?After spending 1 hour putting together I can't use it .The only option I am given is to return it....its a big tv ..what!!not good at all very dissapointing....what do I do?3/4 hours I have been getting thro to get a satisfactory answer,....and found out according to currys the tv is very old stock as they do not make separate plugs to make tv work which wouldn't go in the socket anywhere...this tv has been to 3 places before me and obvious it is old as evidenced by corners of box dented...also the tv was not discounted for black Friday as currys are selling £100 cheaper they confirmed to me when I called in it was very old stock.If you see a product on Amazon supplied by another party and sold by amazon...do not buy...big problems if you need to return as I have had..hope this helps others,update returned and recieved according to UPS. but no sign of my money back, beware!I will of course update it if and when I get it back...ime wanting a tv and stopping me from getting one. Update eventually got my money back so went local and bought another one ,was advised not to buy from people who are 3rd parties to amazon as this tv turned out to be v old stock

Purchased this tv for my brothers 50th birthday, he is so happy with it, he loves all the features, he was so happy with it I got one for myself, not enough hours in the day. To watch all the available programs.There was only one little issue with the tv the place at the back to put the stand has four holes for screws to go into but they didn’t line up with the bracket.He only told me this when mine arrived, mine was fine.

The TV worked fine but it was used, it had someone else's amazon profile still on it, which means I could have bought a bunch of movies on their dollar, the packaging was open, the remote had batteries in but needed pairing as it wasn't the original. It is listed as AS NEW but not in the title. I would not have bought this had I known it was someone else's cast off.

First .... I bought this with absolutely no intention of ever putting a TV Ariel in ..All my tv subscriptions are purely internet based so I only need an internet connection.Set up was easy everything worked first time , some of the apps I use you need to allow the fire TV to allow unauthorized apps which it does now I only use IPTV for all my TV needs ...I will one day try it with an Ariel but for now I'm happy with what I want to use it for ...
