I’m very picky about t-shirts, let me tell you why these are some of the best
Years ago I had a small epiphany: I realized that every time I went into the t-shirt drawer to grab a shirt, I was always (almost subconsciously) hoping that my favorite couple of shirts was in there, and I would be a bit disappointed when I had to grab another one. So I decided that going forward my wardrobe would contain ONLY my favorite types of shirt. The main problem with that is the fact that the overwhelming majority of t-shirts (regardless of how much you pay) are total crap. They are thin and flimsy, the fit isn’t good, and they aren’t as comfortable as they should be.So, ever since then I’ve tried to find the best possible t-shirts and this is one of them. The other is the Hanes “Beefy-T” but those are super thick 100% cotton and not ideal for all situations. These Russel shirts are the BEST blended shirts in the world (meaning they are made with a blend of cotton and synthetic fibers). They fit EXCELLENT. They are just lose enough to be comfortable but not so loose that they look sloppy. That means that you can wear the shirt out (if you want) and not just wear them to bum around the house. The fabric is very durable even after years of use and the colors don’t fade. The synthetic fibers keep you cool and the cotton feels great agains your skin.I highly recommend these shirts.

Great Basic Shirt!
Wasn’t sure what to expect of this product. For the price you can’t beat it! Bought one to try at first and loved the way it fits on me. I’m in between medium and large. For size reference I purchased medium and I am 5’11” & 175lb This shirt fits just right. Even after washing and drying there is not much shrinkage. I love wearing it for working out and just wearing them in general. They aren’t too thin and aren’t too thick. Everything fits as expected. Have this classic oxford, heather black, and heather navy they all have the same fitment.

Nice Shirt w/reasonable price but Russell sold out to the Devil!
So far these T shirts fit almost like the original over 10 year old shirts with no rips or tears.I looked up Russel Athletic and found that they were still in business. Two things really piss me off though. My original shirts that last forever are made in USA. Their add eludes that the shirts are still USA. It pisses me off that their shirts are no longer made in the USA. It sickens me that a manufacturer formerly of the USA who produce A # 1 quality garments! This defies the fact that US does not make quality goods! Shame on you Rusell Athletics- Shame on you! Greed took over. You make more$$$$ but you put people out of work! Evan

Great for big guys
Perfect fit for me. I lift weights a lot and have large shoulders and chest. Even doing more cardio and losing body weight makes "normal" size shirts more difficult to find. I need a looser 2x or regular 3x shirt with extra length. Look no further. This Russell shirt is good to work out in, extra long to lay below the waistline by about three inches, but also looks great with a nice pair of shorts or jeans when going out. Totally pleased.

Very thin material
I've owned a number of Russell brand t-shirts over the years and these are made from by far the thinnest material I've ever seen in one of their shirts. I don't know why men's t-shirts all of a sudden started getting made from tissue paper thin material. I bought some Russell tees just a few years ago and they were made from a much heavier material. Maybe these are specifically meant for Amazon? It's still pretty well made and there's nothing wrong with these shirts, but I prefer a heavier shirt. They also run a bit small for my liking. They call them "cotton" shirts but they are actually a cotton/polyester blend? If you're a fan of modern, paper thin tees that are kind of tight then these will be fine for you.

AWESOME GO-TO SHIRTS
I bought these because my XL shirts are too big for me and I needed to go down a size. I usually buy Hemp shirts because of the comfort...but at $30/shirt I was willing to take a chance on something else. I've had Russell products in the past and I recall them being the go-to outfitter when I was in school. These are awesome to wear during the summer and to the gym. Mine are holding up nicely in the wash and the color has not faded nor have they shrunk. These are so cheap that if you are on the fence just do it. I originally wanted to buy Under Armour t-shirts.....with Russell I was able to buy 3 for the price of one UA shirt. I like the logo on bottom and some have the logo on the sleeve...all 3 of my Russell shirts are different but all 3 are holding up fine and look good. I'd say this is a medium weight shirt....i've had thinner.

and they still look like new after dozens of washes
Somewhat thinner fabric material than other colors in this product line, which does not fare well in the wash after a few rounds of washing - fabric pills. I bought this product thinking that a polyester mix fabric would be pill resistant, unlike typical cotton fabric, but not so, it seems. Incidentally, I bought the same product line (different color) years back from a store, and they still look like new after dozens of washes. Im still evaluating other colors in this line that I bought along with this one, will update this review later.

OK and a fair price but not as thick as I like my tee shirts to be.
I buy a lot of Russel Tee Shirts. This time I ordered 3 different colors. Navy, Dark Green and Maroon. I would say these are OK but not a lot to brag about. The colors are representative of what is advertised, they do fit as expected but the material seemed a bit thin to me. Fair price but for Russell, I was a bit disappointed.

Shirt too short
Why do most manufacturers think people who are 4xl are also only 5ft tall? My biggest complaint with shirts for the larger gentleman... Is the length is too short and the arm pits have no give... Feel like I'm a t-rex and cant lift my arms. Anyways if you are short and wide.. Will probably fit, if tall (6ft) and wide be prepared for a belly shirt

Poor quality, poor value for money
Fabric looks bad after just one wash, it does absorb moisture just like a cotton t-shirt, not good for sport. Poor value for money.

Ordered XXL, fit as expected. I sweat a-lot. No sweat marks, no odor. Awesome product. Will buy again definitely.

Not bad for the money. you get what you pay for.
The fabrics is very light weight. I expected more of a thicker cotton, more typical of a tee shirt. I would have prefered a little longer shirt. If you have ant sort of gut the shirt will look short on you, go one size up. I ordered XL, because that is what I usually wear, I should have ordered 2XL

It's a good tshirt for shorter people
Most tshirts are made for people 6' and taller. Many tshirts end up being so long as to be useless, going far past the hips.I get that they are making shirts for all people but sizing needs to be more specific. I love that this tshirt does not look like a dress. Perfect! Thank you. ☺️
