Moulin - 20.5cm. Tinned steel.

This is the first time I have felt the need to provide a review on a product purchased through Amazon. I bought this for the purpose of making potato puree for my six month old baby. Unfortunately, on the several occasions that I have attempted to use it, it actually grated steel into the potato which is hardly ideal for an infant, to put it mildly. I initially thought it might just need 'working in' and additional scrubbing, however, on every occasion that I have tried to use it, it has done the same thing, admittedly to varying degrees. On close examination, it is clear that both the central steel rod and the plates are losing shavings of steel when the handle is turned.

Good looking gadget, ordered to replace my old one but smaller than I realised. I returned it without any problem and received full refund while I ordered a larger one.

This product comes with 3 attachments which are delivered inside the grater. You need to take the attachments out and only use 1 before you strt grating. Maybe this is where some people have found that the product didn't work? For me, it worked fine and the results were good. Easy to use, easy to dismantle and the whole thing is dishwasher safe. So far, so good.

Not solid enough for me - I returned it as I felt it was not up to the job. For a pound or two more, you can get a better one, as I did.

Made of very thin Steel , acceptable except for me it did not work, the blade just ran over a slice of very very ripe fruit. Not as good as the Moulix we had for the baby fifty years ago.

This is absolutely brilliant mouli. Perfect mash vegetables all the time. I really got it for my baby but I use it in all food where mashing is required

Cheap quality

Quite happy with purchase. It does its job. I did not give 5 stars simply because the the holders to keep it in place are a bit too small.
