Not bought on Amazon but the dryer function stopped working barely a month after purchase.

The product received was a used product with a lot of damages scratches and bumps not from shipping it was sent like that !!

This Genius machine is a star, it comes with Wifi Connectivity to the Candy Simply-fi app, I worked with the IOS version (There's an android version too) that allows me to monitor the workings of the washing drying program it in advance, start it from where ever I am, so I can load the machine put the right amount of detergent, and get out, 2 hours before coming home I'd run the program, and it gives me the notification when finished,I can say it works well now after about 2 years owning this machine I would not consider any other brand, I know the name seems strange but hey I am glad I got it.so many programs but the basics are also easy to master in a few runs.it gives me alerts when it needs to do a maintenance run, and if the filter needs to be cleaned.high capacity I can put the bed sheets and duvet cover with the pillows for a 200x200 bed and it would take all that load like it's nothing. clean and fresh clothes always.it has a steam setting that lightly airs the load towards the end so everything comes out fluffy and fresh.keeps stats about how much water electricity how many cycles of each type of wash was performed as you go. highly recommended.

1.5 months after the purachase the m/c stopped working properly. The solenoid too have noise. The aftesales support also seems to be taking long time. Well described the problem to the customer service executive, still then the technician visited without necessary spares.
